Open joint-stock company Moscow Research and Production Complex "Avionics" named after O.V. Uspensky traces its history back to the State Union Plant No. 118, founded on April 10, 1942. And later renamed Moscow Instrument-Making Plant No. 3.

From the day of its foundation until 1945, the company was engaged in the production of aviation pressure gauges for monitoring the operation of aircraft engines (fuel pressure, oil pressure, water temperature, etc.), providing them with combat aircraft that fought on the fronts of the Great Patriotic War.

In 1945, by order of the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks and the Council of People's Commissars of the USSR, plant No. 118 and OKB-1 were merged to solve problems in the development and pilot production of autopilots and automatic flight control systems for aircraft.

Over the past decades, the company's team has developed and put into serial production a number of aviation instruments, systems and complexes for airplanes and helicopters. The company worked with such General Designers as: A. N. Tupolev, V. M. Myasishchev, O. K. Antonov, A. S. Yakovlev, A. I. Mikoyan, P. O. Sukhoi, S. V. Ilyushin, G. M. Beriev, M. L. Mil, N. I. Kamov, M. R. Bisnovat, P. D. Grushin, A. L. Lyapin, G. A. Sokolovsky.

Products developed by JSC MNPK Avionika are installed on more than 200 types of Russian military, civil aircraft, helicopters and aircraft missiles. These include control systems and flight navigation systems for Su, MiG, An, Il and Be aircraft, autopilots and control systems for Mi and ANSAT helicopters, as well as control systems for tactical missiles of the air-to-air and air-to-air classes. -ground", "air-to-ship", "ground-to-air" and guided bombs of various calibers. The company's employees have created more than twenty control systems, including for such widely exported missiles and bombs as R-73, Kh-31P, Kh-31A, 9 M-330, KAB-500, KAB-1500, PBK-500U.

The company's staff made a significant contribution to the development of domestic aviation instrument making and strengthening the country's defense capability, creating the latest and most promising models of aviation instruments and systems.

Open Joint Stock Company Moscow Research and Production Complex "Avionics" named after O. V. Uspensky - this is 70 years of traditions and experience, the evolution of the production and technological base, the accumulated volume of intellectual knowledge in the field of design, construction and creation of control laws that underlie new developments . All this allowed the company to gain wide popularity and authority among Russian and foreign partners.

Careful preservation of knowledge accumulated by previous generations, a fresh look and desire for the future make OJSC MNPK Avionika now a promising enterprise working for the future of Aviation.

Open Joint Stock Company Moscow Research and Production Complex "Avionics" named after. O. V. Uspensky is one of the recognized leaders in the field of Russian aviation instrument making.

OJSC MNPK Avionika, along with large development enterprises and manufacturers of aircraft equipment, is part of OJSC Concern Avionika, as well as the holding company OJSC Concern Aviapriborostroenie, created within the framework of the State Corporation Russian Technologies.

Close integration of the enterprise with Russia's largest serial manufacturer of control systems, JSC ELARA, allows for the most effective use of the intellectual and production potential of the two enterprises. This opens up new prospects for promoting products to domestic and foreign markets.

JSC MNPK Avionika is a modern research and production complex with high-tech principles of computer-aided design, modern methods for modeling aircraft control processes and the latest production technologies. The company has implemented a quality management system. Modern integrated control systems are created in a closed technological cycle. The entire process: from the theoretical development of control laws to the release of the first samples and ground tests takes place in our own testing center. In it, tests can be carried out under the complex influence of external factors, as close as possible to operating conditions.

OJSC MNPK Avionika develops and produces prototypes of its products for special equipment, aircraft and helicopters of all classes and purposes in the following main areas:
integrated management systems (ICS);
automatic control systems (ACS);
remote control systems (RCS);
integrated digital systems;
thrust vector control systems;
autopilots;
specialized avionics systems:
electromechanical drives for control systems;
mathematical software for real-time systems;
automation elements of wide application:
integrated sensor units;
angular and translational displacement sensors;
sine-cosine transformers;
contactless DC motors.

The company's products are used on the most modern domestic aircraft and helicopters.

Unique product characteristics are achieved through the development of software and algorithmic support for critical aircraft control systems using modern computer-aided design tools, mathematical and semi-natural modeling.

For functional testing, testing, certification of software and qualification of control systems in general, complex technological stands of the “Electronic Bird” type are being created at OJSC MNPK Avionika. These stands provide quality control of the implementation of specified control laws and system equipment, based on the method of comparison with the model.

The mathematical software for real-time systems at the enterprise is developed in accordance with the qualification requirements of KT-178B (analogous to DO-178B), as well as the requirements of GOST R 51904 and GOST RV 0019–001 standards, which allows software to be certified up to level “A”.

The company has implemented a quality management system that meets the requirements of GOST RV 15.002–2003, GOST R ISO 9001–2008 standards.

OJSC MNPK Avionika has licenses for the development, production and repair of aircraft equipment, including dual-use aircraft, as well as military equipment.

The volume of scientific and scientific-technical activities of the enterprise is about 60% of the total volume of work performed.
