The author of the scandalous video, as it turned out, is the 16-year-old grandson of the Far Eastern billionaire Igor Neklyudov, head of Khabarovsk’s largest developer Dalreo (see “And at this time”) and several other companies. The mother of schoolboy Grigory Mamurin owns a chain of fitness clubs in the family’s native Khabarovsk. And teenager Grisha is having such a great time in Moscow... For him it’s such a show.
